Project / Program Leadership in AI

Recognises a project (or program) that has successfully implemented AI to deliver outstanding outcomes. Open to any individual or organisation. The project must be recently completed or have a recently completed phase (generally within 18 months of the submission closing date), or be at a mature stage (e.g. post-pilot, in scaled implementation) with observable benefits and lessons learned. Entry is free.

AI-Enabled Project Leader of the Year

Recognises an individual project manager who has led the definition, adoption or integration of an AI solution in their project context. Open to any individual project, program or portfolio leader (e.g. Project Manager, Program Manager, Project Director, PMO leader) who has held primary or shared leadership responsibility for an AI-enabled initiative within the last 18 months. Entry is free.

Organisation Leading AI Integration

Recognises an organisation that is embedding AI systematically across its project, program and portfolio management practices. Open to any organisation that has implemented AI across multiple projects, programs or PM processes (not just a one-off pilot). The organisation must be registered or operating in Australia with substantial Australian project activity. Entry is free.
